1. Scope of This Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on gplaypay.com for T-shirts and hoodies. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms described below.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to operational constraints. If a significant delay occurs, customers will be notified via email.
Once an order has entered the processing stage, it cannot be modified or canceled.
3. Shipping Destinations
Gplaypay currently ships to the following countries:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
Shipping availability may change without prior notice and will be reflected at checkout.
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Delivery time estimates begin from the shipment date, not the order date, and are provided for reference only.
- Standard Shipping: approximately 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: approximately 2–5 business days (if available at checkout)
Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the selected shipping method, destination, and order value. All applicable charges are shown before payment is completed.
Gplaypay reserves the right to update shipping rates at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
6. Tracking Information
Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
Tracking availability and update frequency may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
7. Customer Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Gplaypay is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
8. Delivered, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received, customers must first contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
Gplaypay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. However, we may assist customers in submitting a carrier claim when applicable.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographs of the damaged packaging and affected item(s) may be required for verification.
Once confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which may include a replacement or refund.
All shipping-related refunds or replacements are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately due to inventory availability or fulfillment logistics. In such cases, customers may receive multiple tracking numbers, and delivery times may vary between items.
11. Right to Delay or Cancel Shipments
Gplaypay reserves the right to delay, hold, or cancel shipments in cases of suspected fraud, payment verification issues, or violations of our store policies. Customers will be notified if additional information is required to proceed with an order.
