This policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and timelines to provide you with a transparent shopping experience. By placing an order, you agree to the terms listed below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders undergo a processing phase before they are handed over to our shipping carriers. This includes verification, quality control, and packaging.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) from Monday to Friday.
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday. Please note that processing times may slightly increase during peak holiday seasons or high-demand sales events.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We offer both domestic shipping within the United States and international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your package.

3. Shipping Carriers

To ensure your hoodies and t-shirts arrive safely, we partner with world-class shipping carriers. Depending on your location and the most efficient route, your order will be shipped via:

  • USPS: Primary carrier for domestic and PO Box deliveries.
  • UPS & FedEx: Used for expedited or heavy shipments.
  • DHL: Our preferred carrier for fast and reliable international delivery.

4. Order Tracking Information

Once your package is scanned and dispatched by the carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time by visiting our Order Tracking page or directly through the carrier's portal. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification.

5. Delivery Issues & Troubleshooting

A. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If you realize there is a mistake, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the destination. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for reshipment.

B. Missing or Incomplete Items

If you receive your package and find an item is missing, please check your packing slip and email us at support@gplaypay.com. Sometimes, orders are shipped in multiple packages to ensure the fastest delivery. If an item is truly missing due to our error, we will ship the replacement at no extra cost.

C. Lost or Stolen Packages

Gplaypay is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. However, if your package is lost in transit (no update for over 10 business days), please contact our support team. We will work with the carrier to file a claim. 6. Tax and Customs

Damaged during shipping?

If your hoodie or t-shirt arrives damaged due to rough handling by the carrier, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and follow the steps in our Refund & Return Policy.
