1. Scope of This Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on gplaypay.com, including T-shirts and hoodies. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Return Eligibility Window
Gplaypay offers a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
Once an order has entered the processing stage, it cannot be modified or canceled.
3. Condition Requirements for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unaltered
- In the same condition as received
- Returned with all original packaging, including tags, protective pouches, and inserts
Items showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or missing original packaging may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund at our discretion.
4. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as clearance products and products marked as “final sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are also final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error caused by Gplaypay is identified.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery. Clear photographs or videos showing the issue may be required for verification.
Once verified, Gplaypay will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with this policy, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. In such cases, Gplaypay will cover the cost of replacement or reshipping.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, customers must contact our customer support team at support@gplaypay.com before sending any item back. Please include:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected and returned to the sender.
7. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item caused by Gplaypay.
Original shipping fees, handling charges, and applicable taxes are non-refundable. Gplaypay is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments. Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable and insured shipping method and to retain proof of shipment.
8. Inspection and Approval Process
All authorized returns are inspected by our fulfillment team upon receipt. This inspection process may take several business days.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy. If the return does not meet eligibility requirements, Gplaypay reserves the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund. In such cases, the item may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
9. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers wishing to exchange an item for a different size, style, or design must contact our support team for instructions before returning the item. Additional shipping fees may apply.
10. Abuse, Fraud, and Policy Violations
Gplaypay reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, excessive or abusive return behavior, or violations of this policy or our Terms & Conditions.
11. Governing Refunds
All refunds are issued in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy and our Refund Policy. Refund processing timelines, methods, and limitations are governed by those policies.
