Gplaypay (gplaypay.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users and partners to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following policy to address claims of copyright infringement involving our hoodies, t-shirts, and digital content.
1. Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our Site by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site.
2. Required Information for DMCA Notice
To be effective, your Infringement Notice must be a written communication that includes the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to your original work or a clear description).
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our site (please provide specific URLs).
- Your contact information: Including your name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Legal Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
3. Our Action Plan
Once a valid and complete DMCA Notice is received, Gplaypay will:
- Expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing content.
- Notify the individual who posted the content that it has been removed.
- Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
If you have questions about our broader intellectual property rules, please see our Intellectual Property Claim page.
4. Counter-Notification
If your material has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA Notice and you believe that this was done by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification. This must be sent to our Copyright Agent and contain your signature, identification of the material removed, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court.
