Cancellation & Order Change Policy

At Gplaypay, we understand that sometimes you might have a change of heart or realize that you’ve selected the wrong size for your hoodie or t-shirt. To provide you with the best service, we have established a clear window for cancellations and modifications. Our goal is to ensure your order is exactly what you want before it enters our production and shipping workflow.

The 12-Hour Grace Period
You have 12 hours from the moment of purchase to request a cancellation or make changes to your order details.

1. How to Request a Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order within the 12-hour window, the process is simple. Please follow these steps to ensure our team receives your request promptly:

  • Send an email to support@gplaypay.com immediately.
  • Use the subject line: "URGENT: Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number]".
  • Provide your full name and the specific items you wish to cancel.

Once we receive your request within the timeframe, we will halt the processing of your order and issue a full refund.

2. Changing Order Information

During the same 12-hour window, you can also request changes to your order. This includes:

  • Size or Color Changes: If you picked the wrong fit for your t-shirt.
  • Shipping Address: Correcting a typo or changing the delivery location.
  • Contact Details: Updating your phone number or email.

Please note that changes requested after 12 hours may not be possible as the order may have already moved to the printing or packaging stage. For more information on our delivery phases, please see our Shipping & Delivery page.

3. Fees and Refunds

We believe in fair shopping. There are no cancellation fees at Gplaypay. If your cancellation is confirmed within the 12-hour window, you will receive a 100% full refund.

Refunds are processed back to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

4. If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped

Once an order has been handed over to our carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx), we can no longer cancel or modify it. If you still wish to return the items after receiving them, you must follow our standard return procedure.

5. Personalized or Custom Items

For custom-printed apparel, the 12-hour window is strictly enforced. Once the printing process begins, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes as the product is uniquely made for you. We recommend double-checking all designs and sizes before finalizing your purchase.
