1. Policy Purpose and Scope

This Cancel & Change Order Policy explains the conditions under which customers may request order cancellations or modifications after placing an order on gplaypay.com. Due to the nature of apparel fulfillment, order changes are only permitted within a limited timeframe before processing begins.

This policy applies to all orders for T-shirts and hoodies purchased through our website.

2. Order Change and Cancellation Timeframe

Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system promptly. Customers may request a cancellation or modification within 4 hours from the time of purchase.

Requests submitted after this timeframe cannot be accommodated once processing has started.

3. Eligible Requests Within the Allowed Timeframe

Within the 4-hour window, customers may request:

  • Cancellation of the entire order
  • Changes to product variations (such as size, color, or style)
  • Adjustments to item quantities
  • Corrections to the shipping address

All requests are subject to review and confirmation by Gplaypay and must be submitted before processing begins.

4. How to Submit a Cancellation or Change Request

To request a cancellation or modification, customers must contact us as soon as possible by:

Please include the order number and a clear description of the requested change. Requests lacking sufficient details may not be processed in time.

5. Requests After the 4-Hour Window

After the 4-hour period has passed, orders typically move into fulfillment and shipment preparation. At this stage:

  • Orders cannot be canceled
  • Product selections and quantities cannot be modified
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed or rerouted

In rare cases, we may review exceptional circumstances, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. Customers may refer to our Return Policy and Refund Policy after delivery, if eligible.

6. Customer Responsibility for Accurate Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order and shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete, including:

  • Full recipient name
  • Street address and building number
  • Apartment or unit number (if applicable)
  • City, state, and ZIP code
  • Contact phone number

Gplaypay is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information.

7. Address-Related Delivery Issues

If an order is delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information:

  • Gplaypay is not responsible for delivery failures caused by address errors
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
  • Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases

If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact the customer to discuss available options based on the situation.

8. Why Orders Cannot Be Modified After Processing

Once processing begins, orders are integrated into inventory allocation, packaging, labeling, and carrier scheduling systems. Modifying or canceling orders at this stage increases the risk of errors and delivery issues. To maintain service accuracy and efficiency, Gplaypay does not allow changes after the processing window closes.
