For a return to be successfully processed, the items must be in their original condition. This means your hoodie or t-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any external odors (such as perfume or smoke). All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact. If an item is returned in a condition that suggests it has been used or damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Quality control is our top priority. However, if you receive a product that is physically damaged, has a manufacturing defect (e.g., seam failure, printing errors), or if we accidentally sent the wrong size/design, Gplaypay takes full responsibility. In these cases, we provide a full refund or a free replacement. We will issue a prepaid shipping label for you to return the faulty item.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you decide the style is not for you, or if the size doesn't fit as expected, you may return the product within 30 days. Unlike many other retailers, Gplaypay covers the return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns to ensure you have a risk-free experience.
We take full responsibility for your order until it reaches your hands. If your tracking information shows no movement for a significant period or the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will initiate a full refund or reshipment. Once the inspection is complete (usually within 2 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment. Please note that it typically takes 7 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or credit card statement.
