1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on gplaypay.com and operates in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Return & Refund Policy. Refunds are issued only for approved returns that meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the applicable policies.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only for items that have been returned in compliance with our Return & Refund Policy and approved by Gplaypay. To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unaltered
- In original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, including tags, protective pouches, and inserts
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund or may qualify only for a partial refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Items marked as final sale
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
Issues with these items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and verified by our support team to qualify for any exception.
4. Refund Authorization Requirement
Refunds will not be issued for items returned without prior authorization. Customers must contact our customer support team at support@gplaypay.com to request return and refund approval before shipping any item back.
Unauthorized return shipments may be rejected and returned to the sender.
5. Inspection and Refund Approval
Once an authorized return is received, it will be inspected by our fulfillment team to verify compliance with refund eligibility requirements. This inspection process may take several business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution and are outside of our control.
7. Refund Amount and Fees
Refunds apply to the product price only. Original shipping fees, handling charges, taxes, and non-product-related fees are non-refundable.
If the refund is issued due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item caused by Gplaypay, shipping fees may be refunded or waived at our discretion.
8. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the refund is approved due to an error on our part.
Gplaypay is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments. Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable and insured shipping method and to retain proof of shipment until the refund process is completed.
9. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if returned items show signs of use, damage, missing components, or packaging conditions that affect resale value. The refund amount will be determined after inspection and communicated to the customer.
10. Delivered but Missing Packages
Refunds will not be issued for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
Customers are advised to ensure secure delivery locations and to contact the carrier directly in the event of delivery issues.
11. Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Violations
Gplaypay reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, excessive or abusive refund behavior, or violations of our store policies or Terms & Conditions.
12. Order Modification and Cancellation
Once an order has entered the processing stage, it cannot be modified or canceled.
