Gplaypay processes and ships orders in accordance with the timelines outlined below. All timeframes are stated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time (after dispatch):

• Standard Shipping: approximately 5–10 business days
• Expedited Shipping (if available at checkout): approximately 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs clearance (if applicable), and external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout prior to payment. If expedited shipping is not shown at checkout, it is not available for that order or destination.

Gplaypay currently ships to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and contacting the carrier directly for delivery-related issues after dispatch.

Gplaypay is not responsible for delays caused by:
